Having just set up our business we felt that for maximum exposure in our chosen market place that we needed a professionally produced website. We had a number of ideas but were struggling to visualise these and felt uneasy with the suggestions made by a number of web designers.
Rick at On-The-Web-Now! however had a different approach. He spent a good deal of time with us even before we committed to payment. He very accurately and quickly produced a format and style that blew us away..... he managed to capture our thoughts and ideas and transform them into a website that could only be described in our opinion as superb. Rick was so easy to talk to and deal with and nothing was too much trouble . We learnt so much from him. What was really amazing was that within one week of going live our site was showing on the first page of Google for a number of searches.

As discussed, I wanted to put something in writing that may be of use to you on the website regarding your recent work for us.
Firstly, I was most impressed by the fact that you were comfortable with being challenged about your honesty and skills, as for me this was a big part of the decision about letting someone come into my home and sorting out our computers! I found your manner and approach both professional and immensely helpful, considering my limited understanding of things technical and the calm way in which you approached your work, no matter the problems, was very reassuring. I appreciated you using your skills and experience to provide us with the best solutions to the problems we encountered and your openness regarding the options we had and why one solution might be preferable to another.
Furthermore, I did not feel I was bamboozled into having services or equipment that would not meet our needs. I now have a working network, secured by the appropriate safeguards and one which completely meets our needs as individuals and as a family.
